WHEREAS by the Hong Kong University (Medical Degrees) Order in Council, 1945, there was constituted the University of Hồng Kong Medical Degrees smergency Comittee;

AND WHEREAS the need for the said Comittee having now oome to an end, it is expedient that the sid Order in Council should be revoked;

NOW, TIDEREFORE, His Majesty, in exercise of all the powers enabling Him in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advios of his Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows 1❤

This Order may be cited as the liong Kong University (Medical Degrees) Order in Council, 1949, and shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by the Governor of Hong Kong by notice published in the Casette of the Colony,

The Hong Kong University (Medical Degrees) Order in Council, 1945, is hereby revoked, without prejudice to anything lawfully done thereunder.
